• Add doc for Storm CLI (syn_tools_storm).

• Update Storm Intro (storm_ref_intro) to:

  • reference Storm CLI vs cmdr
  • include discussion of whitespace / literals (previously part of cmdr docs)
  • reorder content (move Advanced Storm to end)

• Update type-specific doc (storm_ref_type_specific) to hyperlink to Storm whitespace docs vs cmdr

• Minor updates to cmdr doc (syn_tools_cmdr) to encourage Storm CLI use.

• Other minor fixes / cleanup
