Based on PR #39

Made same logic for order by and segmented by (list as input).
Deleted option segmented_by_all_nodes (very specific).
Set default value for ksafe parameter (1), for correct work with partition by clause (no errors when unsegmented all nodes).
Fixed 'None' to 'none', because it was wrong.
