Lambda: Publish Archetype

Then generate an HTML monograph file in the main site,
And update the Archetype Index.

FWIW I'm working on better docs in issue #5, to communicate my thinking, the architecture, and the vocabulary, as well as an overview of "how it works". I'll link them from the wiki when they are done. I have sequence diagrams and everything! :)

This issue is a placeholder right now, but the code is mostly done already in https://github.com/veselosky/bluebucket/blob/master/src/bluebucket/bluebucket/json.py -- I just need to shape it a bit so it fits with the other pieces of the system. Details to come, hopefully soon.
