releasling ubuntu package name is inconsistent with all the previous release version #1344

v2.5.0 use Ubuntu as package name.
but all of the previous releasing versions (including alpha, beta, RC) use ubuntu.
Make them consistent with lagecy.

We are going to fix it in nebula repo. And the package name of v2.5.0 had been renamed.
