获取HostAddr时会把每次配置的历史配置都读取下来，导致无法连接storage #159

如上图，我打印出来的HostAddr列表有4个，但是我正确的配置应该只有一个storage地址，应该是我本机的内网地址才对。我把nebula服务进行重装之后，依然还会获取到先前配置的这4个历史addr，希望您能告诉我哪里可以修改获取这个地址的缓存，将不需要的无效地址去除掉，不然无法正常连接服务。

您好，正常您改了配置，meta里认为旧的那个 storaged下线了，默认要一天才会删掉，你可以通过修改配置改短一些，然后重启 metaD 就会清除掉旧的哈，参数配置参考： https://github.com/vesoft-inc/nebula-docs-cn/pull/1032/files
