索引是否支持离线构建,在线服务直接导入即可,无需实时build

Thank you @siwangqixiang for the idea, it's not supported for now unless we remove the definition of the index before more data to be inserted, then, at some point, to create the index again and trigger the rebuild. The thing is, thus, the index on existing data is not usable after the index definition deletion before it's rebuild.

Otherwise, it's a feature similar to this #2635, which is not supported yet.
