Does nebula-exchange support importing data from GCP's bigquery?

At least the path through jdbc(https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/odbc-jdbc-drivers and Exchange supports jdbc ) is possible:) welcome to give a try and share your experience then to the community.

Also the native support should not be hard as it comes with spark connector:
https://github.com/GoogleCloudDataproc/spark-bigquery-connector you could also do things with NebulaGraph spark connector, too. Or add its native support and contribute to exchange project :)
