Weaponize cleaner bots can instantly kill

Description of issue

Walk near these while full health, one poked me for a little damage then another instantly put me in crit

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Not to die to a fork and a lighter
instant crit.

walk near weaponized cleanbots I dont know really I thought we fixed this already.

Dilt is on the case but this is related to the bot applying damage very poorly when it comes to brute/burn damage modifiers.
