Adds some new clothing items and cargo crates

• Added star-shaped sunglasses and purple sunglasses

• Added red star shaped sunglasses
  
• Added white and brown fedoras

• Added dunce caps

• Added "hat crate" and "eyewear crate" supply packs (they work like the collectible hat crates, so they only spawn some of the possible items). They contain these new clothing items, as well as some hats/glasses which can't be obtained otherwise. The eyewear crate contains blindfolds, and the headwear crate contains some fake wizard hats, other than that there's no game affecting stuff in them
