dbus-imt-si-rs485tc v1.1.7

Fix restarting if sensor is turned off and back on: The IMT driver would bail early if any garbage was left on the serial line from a previous probe attempt by another driver. Affects faster platforms more than slower ones (Raspberry Pi, Nanopi). On first boot, it would start fine, but not on a restart. The serial line is now flushed before probing the hardware. Closes victronenergy/venus#948
