Add support for 16-cell batteries with a Pylontech BMS.
  In future there will be 16-cell Pylontech batteries. This is a first step
  to supporting those. Some existing batteries already use a Pylontech BMS
  with 16-cells. Eg the SOK SK48V100. This change removes the 15-cell quirk
  and allows the battery to control the Multi/Solar chargers.

Improve scheduled charge functionality
  Add an option, in scheduled charging, to allow self-consumption from the
  battery in addition to PV. Before this change, self-consumption was only
  allowed from PV once the battery exceeded the required SOC. While following
  a scheduled charge, the battery was never discharged. Scheduled charging
  will now allow self-consumption inside a scheduled charge slot, if battery
  SOC is above the target SOC and this option is enabled.
Most asked for by South Africans;
  Set a higher minimum state of charge in the evenings to provide for a
  scheduled outage later.
  Set a lower MinSoc early morning, because the sun will be up soon.
  this provides a feature our competition (Sunsynk) has had for a while.
