This was requested by MG Energy Systems. Most likely for use on boats, so then there will be DC loads also; which is another thing not taken into account by DVCC control with managed lithium batteries.

firmware changes to the charger are necessary as well: this will be far more work than simply adding the Skylla-i to some list of devices in Venus OS.

Martin is doing some work on this; to test his own new charger firmware (Phoenix Smart Charger with a VE.Direct port)
