v2.80 documentation updates

1. DONE (guy) update Victron & Pylontech that per v2.80, DVCC is force enabled. See dvcc: Force settings for pylontech #784.

2. DONE update GX documentation (manual, but also datasheet)
   A. add temperature control by relay (screenshots here: Feature request - relay control based on selectable temperature sensor #721, and functionality expected in v2.8033).
   B. add using SmartShunt as DC meter. Quite some things and details to document there. Make sure to check the details in changelog.
   C. add using AC meters for load metering. Same: details in the changelog (though there is not much to say about this one)
   D. add the Multi RS (and Inverter RS, and if still missing then also MPPT RS) to various compatibility lists: I. the "how to connect" section, there mention that those models can be connected on VE.Can only. II. DVCC. III. Check manual for anything else.
   E. add ruuvis wireless temp, (and humidity and pressure) sensors.
   F. double check that DVCC chapter says SVS is force enabled for Lynx Smart BMS
   G. update supported file systems for sdcards: fat, ext3, ext4, exfat (new per v2.80). Not yet ntfs: that is added per v2.90

3. update ESS manual: changes wrt how three phase works (symmetric works much better now). probably some of the example calculations need updating. ALSO DONE.
