After manually entering XP, I still can't select new commander abilities #23

Due to issue #22, I manually added XP to a commander. When I went back into the fleet to select new abilities for the commander, the fleet still shows 0 XP, even though the summary page now shows 4 XP. Presumably because the fleet page shows 4 XP, I am unable to add any new abilities.

Not to pile on, but I'm having similar issues. Thank you for all your work though, it's greatly appreciated and seriously helping us keep track of everything :D .

I noticed this as well. After I went back and forth a couple times between the campaign and the fleet it eventually updated the fleet-level commander XP with the number I'd set in the campaign-level commander XP.
