Visual artifacts during the live stream

I see some visual artifacts during the watching the live stream on the current version of the hls.js.
I don't see any problems on:

• http://streambox.fr/mse/hls.js-0.6.21/demo/
• https://github.com/mangui/flashls

Environment

• The stream has correct Access-Control-Allow-Origin headers (CORS)
• There are no network errors such as 404s in the browser console when trying to play the stream
• The issue observed is not already reported by searching on Github under https://github.com/video-dev/hls.js/issues
• The issue occurs in the latest reference client on http://video-dev.github.io/hls.js/demo and not just on my page

  7 and 8

Expected behavior

It plays without visual defects.

Actual behavior

After a few seconds of the stream I see some artifacts.

Ah, Debugging from real live stream can be difficult so I prepared the VOD playlist example with the problem. Here is the link:

works in v0.7.10, but in not v0.7.11
v0.7.10...v0.7.11
most probably related to 19828f4

this regression was indeed related to the fix made for #1239
it should work fine now. and #1239 is still fixed
