hi heff

ok just found out some really funny stuff

if i run the demo.html locally its working in ie9 but not in firefox or opera
if you try the url above its working in firefox and opera but not in ie9

and also the mute and volumebar are not working on ipad (subtiles also) and why does the control bar change on ipad in fullscreen :) --> update: control bar changes because ipad is using his own player when u are in fullscreen

any solutions on that :)

thx for your support man

hi for me it just was the mp4 conversion make sure your video is h.264 encoded maybe get a free h.264 converter and convert your file again.

thank you, i'll check that out. reading other issues in the queue it seems like the flash fallback also doesn't like certain characters in the URL (even if they are part of a valid URL).

Im having the same issue with the flash thing not kicking in. I wonder if it might be my local dev setup that breaks it. My urls are like http://example.local/video/
The console outputs "No compatible source and playback technology were found" which is somewhat right. But the flash player should be able to play my mp4 file

Video.js 4.0 is available now, so this issue may be fixed or out of date. If you think it's still an issue, please confirm using 4.0 and reopen.
