- Add runtime dependencies to gemspec. - Add a rake task to write out the gemspec from the Rakefile. - Load the relevant libraries via bundler in the tests. - The matchy gem doesn't seem to be available any more - using jnunemaker-matchy instead.
Capistrano 3 is now out, and it doesn't have the same libraries this depends on. We use this version elsewhere, so it's safe to pin it explicitly.

Hi,
these changes allow an ssh config file to be passed to ssh. This is useful if special options are needed to connect to a particular host. Please consider merging.
