<p>Kiba Inuzuka is a member of Team 8 from the Inuzuka Clan, a group of
ninja with canine characteristics who train alongside their ninja
dog partners. In stark contrast to his teammates, Kiba is brash,
impulsive, and loud-mouthed, and considers Naruto a rival after
Naruto defeats him in the Chunin Exams. Despite this, he is very
protective of his teammates, and displays the same loyalty to
Akamaru, unwilling to abandon him and putting himself in harm's way
for Akamaru's sake.
