reordered tabs on the track properties window

The ordering of tabs has probably grown somewhat haphazardly.
I think maybe only moving the Gradient-distance one to the end would be least disruptive.
One could think of the order of tabs is then in (albeit a subjective) 'most useful' order.

Without some method for making the tabs be shown in some user preferred order, I wouldn't like to make much change lest any users are already used to the current order.

These tabs can now be reordered as desired via drag and drop - as per commit SHA:12f32240c0e63fd2f6d3f63059a99351b13d3ae1
(and/or disabled from showing at all via the program properties).
