Automatic dependency version bumping #70

Since we pinned the requirements we need to manually bump our dependencies for the manager. Perhaps it would be possible to use something like https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/github/administering-a-repository/keeping-your-dependencies-updated-automatically to automate the process?
