Fixed #15 - Blurry icons in Firefox. Fixed #11 - Looper tool was buggy. Previous behavior moved to new tool "Starburst" Fixed #10 - Added proper spray paint tool. Submenu behind ctrl+click. Fixed #9 - Added 3d brush. Variety of 'halftones' behind modifier keys. Fixed #5 - Force mouse up if leaving canvas. Fixes canvas clearing bug.
