git-time-lapse is missing content #70

vim-scripts/git-time-lapse only has the first two lines of time-lapse.vim, but the file downloaded from vim.org has 127 lines.

There's only been one upload on vim.org and one commit, so it looks like the initial was bad (9 months ago).
