ctags and cscope plugin, more convenice way to use ctags and cscope in vim 

Command:
\jc   Generate tags and cscope database from current directory
\jst   tags config window
\jsc  cscope.out config window
                   
Requirement:
ctags and cscope
win32: $VIM\vim7*\ctags.exe
win32: $VIM\vim7*\cscope.exe
