Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.2965: Vim9: crash when calling function that failed to compile
• 8.2.2964: Vim9: hang when using space after ->
• 8.2.2963: GUI: mouse move may start Visual mode with a popup visible
• 8.2.2962: MS-Windows command line arguments have wrong encoding
