Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3134: crash when using typename() on a function reference
• 8.2.3133: Vim9: memory leak when add() fails
• 8.2.3132: compiler warns for size_t to colnr_T conversion.
