SigNetSim : The Signaling Network Simulator. A Web application for building, fitting, and analyzing mathematical models of molecular signaling networks

This is the second alpha release of SigNetSim.
Still a lot of things which need to be implemented/debug, but should be ok to have a try.

SigNetSim : A Web application for building, fitting, and analyzing mathematical models of molecular signaling networks.

This is the first alpha release of SigNetSim.

There is still a few things that needs to be implemented in the interface, like better SED-ML support, Annotations.
Numerous interfaces still use old format, without AJAX loading, and JS form verification.
And probably still a lot of other issues.
