Investigating the Feasibility of utilizing Stochastic Sampling of Colliding Circumstellar Dust Particle Pairs for Computational Cost Optimization of the Smoluchowski Coagulation Equation’s Numerical Integration
This repository contains the Python code I wrote while working on my Master thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kees Dullemond at the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics. The thesis’ main git repository can be found here.
Before running the code, make sure you have Python 3 installed on your machine.
You may use the command below to both clone & setup the repository in one go:
curl "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vincentmader/msc-thesis.py/master/bin/clone_repo.sh" | sh
To get a sense of how this library can be used, you may take a look at the `./examples` directory. After having navigated there from within your shell, execute `./run` to see a list of all included examples, as well as how to use them.
