Deleting

So I didnt know you cannot do it for 1.19.4 so I realised that and deleted it but my minecraft server icon is the bed and when I run it and try to join it says "Connection Refused: No further information" Pls tell me how to delete (Note: I put the multiple files into a folder and I deleted the folder along with the files but it wont go away)
