Bot will need to be modified to adhere to the changes introduced in vipyrsec/dragonfly-mainframe#201.

The "report" button that shows up in the feed should first attempt to send a report via the Observation API (through the Mainframe), and if that fails, it should prompt the user to re-send via email (also doing this through Mainframe).
