Upload custom database with multiple entries

Hi VirTool team, it would be nice to have a feature in the future to upload a custom database, for example a fasta file with a few hundred entries. For now, the only solution to handle this is to write a script to parse the FASTA file and create the reference via Virtool's HTTP API (with create_otu, create_isolate, create_sequence for each OTU).
