This code addition looks to see if a current virtualenv session is running and if so, stops the activate script from advancing.

It also looks to see if an active virtphp session is running and if so prompts the user to switch sessions or to stay on the current session.

… the activate script if an active virtualenv session was detected. Also added a check for if an active virtphp session was in place and if so, looks for a y/n response before either stopping the new activation or proceeding with new activation.
