With the official end of life and discontinuation of support for CentOS 8, we are deprecating the corresponding Molecule tests in our codebase. This will help us focus on maintaining and improving the tests for supported versions, specifically CentOS Stream 8 and 9.

This pull request is removing Molecule tests for CentOS 8.
CentOS 8 reached its end of life on December 31, 2021, and no longer receives updates or patches from the CentOS team. We are discontinuing the CentOS 8 Molecule tests and focusing on CentOS Stream 8 and 9.
Please note that while we still support compatibility with CentOS 7 and 8 in the current version of the 'postgresql_cluster', this support will be discontinued in future releases. It is highly recommended that users plan their migration to a currently supported Linux distribution such as CentOS Stream 9, or another supported Linux distribution.
