I copied over a few missing GmagickDraw methods from Imagick. Some of them even have tests.
There's a few lines commented out for one of the function that appears to be unusable due to possibly a mistake in GraphicsMagick's api. I prefer to keep commented out code in, if I think it is likely to be useful in the future. Other people I have worked with have told me that doing so brings dishonour upon my ancestors....it's your repo so feel free to remove the commented out stuff if you wish.
