How to generate image of call graph

Great work! How can a PNG or JPG or SVG of the call graph be created? This would be very helpful in your README.

Currently, PyCG only outputs JSON so that the output can be further processed by other tools. Even though no specific tool that does that comes to mind, I believe converting the JSON call graph into the dot format can be straightforward.
