War card is a simple card game where a dealer and a player both get drawn random cards from a deck, and who ever has the higher card suite wins that round.
This is repeated until the deck of cards are all gone.
Whoever wins more rounds is the overall winner.
Simply fork all contents into your repo and run warcard.py normally in an IDE
