The first early release

The VFM is currently being in the release process, but there is still a lot left to do for the official release there is a lot of work to be done. In particular, we're still working on the Fenced block and the WAI_ARIA role, which is still under discussion. Considering that, I think the release date will still be extended.

I suppose it's better to shrink the features to be released first and release Version 1 as soon as possible. What do you think?
