Replaces the context menu for spell check suggestions from the example code with an improved version. I guess the hack used in the old one to get the word under a right click was a problem of Qt4. In Qt5 it's trivial.
This PR also removes the native context menu, and only allows for a spell suggestion one. It also adds the keyboard shortcut
Ctrl+.to pop open the spell check menu when the cursor is on a word.
