Further updates to the indexing and displaying of tags and references.

  • The reference pane is now in a scroll area, so it no longer grows vertically.
  • Source code cleanup and comments.
  • At the top of the panel a show/hide arrow button has been added next to the label.
  • A sticky checkbox has been added on the right hand side to prevent the panel from being updated when a link is followed. If the panel is then un-stickied, the panel is updated. This addresses issue Don't dismiss "Referenced from" pane when a reference is clicked. #111
