Since there are issues with icon themes on some systems (Windows at least), I'm adding selectable icon themes.
They work in a series of fallbacks. If the icon isn't in the theme, novelWriter will attempt to load a Qt standard QStyle icon. If not, it will try to pull from the system theme, and if all fails, an empty icon is used in place of the graphical icon.
I have currently added a dark and a light background greyscale theme based on typicons theme from: https://github.com/stephenhutchings/typicons.font
Still need to connect this to the Preferences dialog though.
