Mainly triggered by missing icons when running novelWriter on Windows 10.

Added a few more fallback icons
Added a dummy system theme that should mainly use fallback paths to pull icons from system.
Updated comments and text in the icon source code.
Changed default icon theme to Typicons Grey Light.
