This PR adds the simple option to make any chapter heading unnumbered by adding an asterisk to the start of the title text. It's an alternative way to bypass the automatic chapter counter for chapters when not splitting the project up into chapter files.
It's a simple three line addition to the level 2 header parsing of the tokenizer class. Therefore it only applies to the Build Novel Project tool, and is not considered by any other part of novelWriter.
