This PR makes the following improvements to setup on Windows:

  • The novelWriter.pyw file has been added to the source.
  • The win-install command for setup.py now also sets up .nwx file mimetype in the user's registry.
  • The batch file has been renamed and extended to perform a check for Python before running the setup steps.
  • The documentation has been updated.
