Magento 2 Hostname TLD Validation fix

Update Zend_Validate_Hostname for validating new TLDs according with the one in version 1.12.20 of the Zend Framework.

Installation steps

1. Get the module via composer

   composer require "vladflonta/magento2-validate-hostname-fix":"~1.0"
