custom "unread desktop notifications" content & shell exec, closes #387

* If the resolved "body" is empty then a notification won't be displayed. So this is a way to suppress the notification for a specific account or mail data. * If the resolved "execution command" is empty then execution won't be happening. So this is a way to suppress the command execution for a specific account or mail data.
