Onkyo’s AVR Remote Controller

tested on my TX-NR609

The app operates over a LAN and enables a range of remote control functions, 
such as volume and tone control and input selection for Onkyo's Receiver 

   onkyocli - console client tool for debuging/scripting

   Options:
    -h, --help              this help.
    -c, --command           ISCP command
    -t, --tmdelay           delay for waiting messages, ms

    two following commands are not required
    -H, --onkyo-host        onkyo ip address
    -p, --onkyo-port        onkyo ip port

    Examples:
          onkyocli -c PWDQSTN               query POWER state
          onkyocli -t -1 -H 192.168.1.11    spy device command
