Problem switching between the versions of asn1c in Windows #491

I installed asn1c on my windows machine using mingw. Using msys.bat in mingw I ran the commands specified in INSTALL.md. Now I want to test the latest main so I was trying to uninstall using make uninstall it is giving the following error:

Is there any other better way to install and uninstall asn1c on windows?
