[Bug] Fissures in The Stagnant Oasis and in The Forgotten Pools (Barrens zone) don't give Air Bubbles buff (debuff). Got strong proof from from vanilla time!

Hello there.

WIth help from others, I finally managed to get undeniable proof that Fissures in Barrens should give Air Bubbles buff (I think it's classified as debuff but not really sure). This buff/debuff should make you able to breath underwater if you stay near the fissure.

Proof from actual vanilla that The Stagnant Oasis should give breath.
At 1:43:55 he goes into it and gets breath.
