🐝 Bug report - Quest

Did the quest once, completed it normally. Everything was fine, no issues.
When going back into here to do the remaining quests I saw Captured Arko'narin running out of the cave on her own and now she is here(refer to screenshot #1)
She can be interacted with and the quest started again, but she isn't properly in her cage.
No other players on the server besides who I am playing with and we did not restart the quest or anything, as we had completed it properly once.

Expected behavior

Captured Arko'narin should go back into her cage after the quest is completed once.
Perhaps it is because after the quest was finished and quest log said completed she aggrod something again on her way to despawning and I killed the mobs then she properly despawned?
