This is the second time I've successfully completed an escort quest and then the NPC starts the quest again by themselves and runs off without anyone else on the server starting it.

Previous time I saw this happen:
#2379

Expected behavior

Escort quests shouldn't start on their own.

Version & Environment

Client Version: 1.12.1

Commit Hash: newest

OS Client: win10
OS Server: win10
