Fix the COPYING content to be MIT

The license in .gemspec says it is MIT and the associated ticket (#246) as well, but the content of the COPYING file is ISC license [1]. Could you please update the file to be MIT [2]. Thanks.

Actually, the ICS license header is in headers of all files under /ext directory, so this should be clarified.
